1. Customer Accounts
✔ Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.
✔ Each customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
✔ Velure Logistics is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak passwords or sharing of login credentials.
2. Orders & Payments
✔ Customers have the option to place their orders or authorize Velure Logistics to place orders on their behalf.
✔ When Velure Logistics places an order for a customer, a 50% deposit is mandatory upfront. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery.
✔ Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued. If the balance is not settled within 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
✔ Velure Logistics is not liable for any issues related to incorrect sizes, colors, or product defects when ordering on behalf of customers. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly verify all order details before confirmation.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Storage
✔ Customers will be notified once their package is ready for pickup or delivery.
✔ Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
✔ Customers opting for Knutsford Express must provide accurate recipient details; failure to do so may cause delays.
✔ Holding Period: Velure Logistics will only hold packages for a maximum of 14 days after arrival. After this period, uncollected items will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or resold without a refund.
4. Prohibited Items
✔ Customers must not use Velure Logistics to ship any prohibited items (e.g., illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, etc.).
5. Liability & Loss
✔ Velure Logistics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
✔ If an issue arises with a package (e.g., wrong item, missing items, defective products), customers should contact the supplier directly for resolution. Velure Logistics is not responsible for disputes between the customer and the supplier.
✔ Ordering on Behalf of Customers: Velure Logistics is not responsible for incorrect orders, defective products, or discrepancies in size, color, or quality. Customers must confirm order details before payment.
✔ Package Handling: Velure Logistics does not open, inspect, or verify package contents for regular shipments. Customers assume all responsibility for the legality and condition of their shipments. However, if we receive packages or parcels from friends or family members, we reserve the right to open them to ensure they do not contain prohibited items.
✔ Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors beyond our control.
✔ Liability: Velure Logistics is a shipping facilitator and is not responsible for issues related to product defects, incorrect orders, or damage during transit.
✔ Payment Responsibility: Customers must ensure timely payments to avoid forfeited deposits or service suspension.
✔ Holding Period: Customers must collect their packages within 14 days. After this period, Velure Logistics reserves the right to discard, resell, or take other actions without compensation.
✔ Velure Logistics does not provide additional packaging or reinforcement for fragile items. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure their suppliers package these items securely before shipping.
✔ We are unequivocally not liable for any damage to fragile or oversized items, such as TVs, mirrors, glassware, or electronics, during transit, handling, or delivery.
✔ Customers are shipping these items at their own risk and should strongly consider purchasing insurance from the shipping carrier, if available.
✔ Please be aware that items requiring special handling may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before shipping.
✔ If a fragile item arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim directly with the supplier or carrier. Velure Logistics will not be responsible for replacements, refunds, or repair costs.
